What sets you apart from other photographers?
My attention to detail and dedication to continual education and growth set me apart as I am never satisfied with my work, regardless how beautiful. My obsession with lighting ensures that you will never receive an underexposed picture from me.
How flexible are you on your pricing?
My pricing is set very competitively for my quality of work. That said, prices are set and I do not typically negotiate my rates. However, if you can not afford to pay in one lump sum, I am willing to discuss payment terms. A written agreement will be required for this accommodation.
Do you accept credit and debit cards?
Yes! I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express using the secure Square payment processing system. Magnetic strip, EMV chip card, or contactless...I can take them all.
Can I use Apple Pay?
Yes! I am able to process Apple Pay payments as well as Android Pay and other NFC-enabled payments through the secure Square payment processing system.
Do you shoot things other than what's on your website?
Absolutely! If you have a private event you would like photographed, looking to do boudoir or more artistic work I am available to do those as well. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs. In order to keep my website appropriate for everyone, I do have a private gallery of boudoir photos available upon request for serious prospective clients to view. Password access is required and will be granted for 24 hours.
Will I get to proof my images to pick my favorites?
Of course! It is my goal that you get your favorite images. The Client Proofing link in the navigation bar will take you to Pixieset, which I use to host proofing galleries. Pixieset does a great job handling this task, allowing you to pick your favorites and share them with me.
What equipment do you use?
I shoot on the Canon platform (both body and glass) and use Canon speedlites as well as Paul C. Buff strobes. I shoot RAW format over JPEG for flexibility in post.
How will I get my pictures from you?
My preferred delivery method is a private Dropbox folder. Once uploaded, I will provide you with a link where you can go and download your pictures. If this is not the best option for you, I can put your images on a USB flash drive or SD card you provide or $30 for one provided by me.
Do you sell prints or albums?
At this time I do not offer print credit or albums. If albums are desired, we can discuss me designing or assisting with one, or I can guide you in the right direction for the highest quality products based on your budget. I personally use AdoramaPix.com for my printing needs. They have the ability to print on paper, canvas, acrylic, wood, and metal with many size and mounting options. I can personally vouch for their attention to quality and superb customer service.
Do I have copyright ownership of my pictures?
Unfortunately, no. I maintain ownership of the copyright. However, you may use the provided images for social media, printing, announcements, etc. Selling your images for financial gain without written consent from the copyright owner is prohibited under the Copyright Act of 1976.
Do I have to sign any contracts or releases?
A contract or model release will be required for services to be provided.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. Refer someone who completes a shoot and receive 5% of their shoot value or 20% off a future booking.
